At The Human Body Project we take your privacy very seriously and will use your personal information in a number of ways

Consultation form – To gather a historical and current picture of your health, personal data and your consent.

Information that we need
The Human Body Project uses this information to create a picture of our history and current health using Par Q and questions and some personal information such as your; name, address, telephone numbers, date of birth, email address emergency contact and number.
Why we need this information
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with a suitable recommendation for your individual circumstances. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.
What we do with it
All personal data that we use is controlled by us at The Human Body Project in the UK. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data. We have a Data Protection procedure in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
The provision of your personal data is not a statutory requirement. However, it is necessary to enter into a contract and whilst you are not obliged to provide the data, a failure to do so would mean that we may not be able to process with any sessions and for use to be covered with our insurance.
How long do we keep your data
We will keep your basic personal data; name, address, contact details and proposal application details for a minimum of 3 years after the termination of your Agreement at which time it will be destroyed. Any information used for marketing will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Your rights
If at any point you believe our information is incorrect you can request to see the information that we hold on you and have it amended or possibly removed.

Where relevant, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and this will mean that we cannot process your data.
